In lieu of yesterday’s post discussing knotty hair and how irritating it is to deal with, today’s will provide you with a solution to the endless battle of attempting to drag a comb through your locks without it snagging painfully.
I was reading a Buzzfeed article listing some of Amazon’s best-selling products, and because I’ve picked up a few killer items from reading these sorts of articles, I like to keep up with them to the best of my ability. One of the products mentioned in the latest article was a hairbrush that people swear is the best they have ever used, and because I’m desperate, I ordered one for me and Blaine to try.
The brush in question is the Crave Naturals Glide Thru Detangling Brush for Adults and Kids Hair. I ordered mine from Amazon for ten bucks, and the day it came it went to work on Blaine’s head.
I have never been able to entirely detangle Blaine’s hair in less than 30 minutes, and I kid you not, I got his entire head done in roughly five minutes.
It seems too good to be true, right? That was my analogy, so I decided to use it on my own hair after going to a Halloween party and dressing as Dolly Parton. I used a lot of hairspray and curled my hair for the look, meaning the following morning after sleeping on it it resembled a bale of straw. I got through all of my hair in probably three minutes, and I still can’t believe how great this brush is.
I don’t know if witchcraft was used to create this gem of a brush, but it seriously is that good. I’ve never used a brush like it, which may explain why it works so well; if you’re tired of ripping out hair while trying to comb through it, this brush is for you.
