Depending on your hair type, it can be difficult to designate products that boost the health of your locks. My hair tends to be dry and it is also long, therefore the products I discuss in this post may not be suitable for everyone.
For shampoo and conditioner, I went through several bottles of the Herbal Essences Bio-Renew Argan Oil of Morocco collection. Both the shampoo and conditioner are affordable and can be found at most drugstores, and I found that they enhanced the overall health of my hair in terms of moisture and shine. This collection by Herbal Essences is free from parabens, silicone, gluten, and colorants, arguably making it suitable for persons with sensitive skin. As an added bonus, the shampoo and conditioner smell fantastic.
For serums, I found myself alternating between the PYT Argan Super Serum and the Aveda Smooth Infusion Style-Prep Smoother. Both of these products are fantastic, but if I had to pick between the two I would say the PYT serum works best for my hair personally. Both of these products are applied to damp hair, and both are rather expensive (a word of warning).
For hair tools, the PYT straightener and the Bellami x Nicole Guerriero Gold curling wand claimed first place. The PYT straightener is the best straightener I have experimented with yet, and the Bellami curling wand is fantastic because of its interchangeable barrels, allowing individuals to create different sized curls. I am not one to make use of blow-dryers, hence why I do not have a favourite one (I allow my hair to air-dry).
I also received several samples of Bumble and Bumble hair products, and further Living Proof hair products, specifically shampoo and conditioner. These samples were fantastic, but because of their price, and because I did not purchase a full-size version of any of the samples, I do not feel as though I can categorize them as my personal favourites.
