Need a handheld vacuum? Read this

When Blaine and I first moved into our home, there were a variety of cleaning products we needed and didn’t yet own. A vacuum cleaner was one thing we needed sooner than later, and after we purchased one, I realized I could benefit from a smaller handheld vacuum to do spot clean-ups.

I ended up purchasing one from Black and Decker, and the unit was great. I had no issues with it up until our cat knocked it off of its charging base and it landed in our dog’s water bowl; I was sincerely hoping after letting it dry out for a few days it would miraculously begin working again, but alas, the thing was pooched.

I mentioned my predicament to my mom, and she was kind enough to order me a replacement handheld vacuum from, once again, her Air Miles.

My parents are wonderful folks.

My mom ended up getting me the Eufy Clean HomeVac H11 Pure Cordless Handheld Vacuum which weighs a mere 1.3 pounds. It comes with an attachable head with a bristle on the end for tougher cleaning jobs, and the entire unit is about the size of a wine bottle. It is incredibly compact and is significantly smaller and quieter than my Black and Decker unit, and so far, I’m really happy with it.

This particular version is equipped with ozone purification. What does that mean? I have no fucking clue, but once I figure out what it does I imagine it will be rather neat. I imagine it sucks up funky odours or some shit like that, but I’m curious to learn more about this feature.

You can view the version I own on Amazon if you would like to learn more about this product, but if you’re in need of a handheld vacuum, I absolutely recommend this one.
