Stiff neck? Read this

One of the several long-term side effects I deal with courtesy of having Lyme disease is tremendous neck tension. I have tension in my shoulders and upper back as well, but my neck takes the cake. I honestly crack my neck roughly 10 times a day (ask Blaine if you don’t believe me), and the crack could wake the dead; even after I’ve cracked it, within minutes I can feel tension and stiffness creeping back in again.

I’ve contemplated going for regular deep tissue massages to help relieve some of the tension going on in my neck, but this is not the most affordable option, nor is it overly time-conscious. So, I thought I might ask for a neck massaging device for Christmas from Blaine, and because he delivered and the product works very well, I wanted to discuss it with all of you.

The AERLANG Neck massager can be ordered via Amazon and it retails for about $70. It is rechargeable and comes with one regular charging cord as well as one to charge the device in a vehicle, which is pretty neat. It has multiple speeds and intensity levels as well as a heat option, and the overall design of the product is something I can appreciate; the massaging device itself, if you’re using it for your neck, sits on the back of your neck, while two handles come down around your shoulders which you can slip your hands into in order to prevent the device from falling off. It can be applied to your neck, shoulders, upper, middle and lower back, and arguably just about anywhere else on your body so long as you’re willing to get a bit creative with it.

I ended up ordering one of these for my mom as a gift as she has a bad shoulder from a former injury, and this little guy would make a perfect gift for just about anyone.
