Looking for healthier vape alternatives? Read this

I am a smoker, and I’ve been a smoker for about ten years now. Acknowledging the length of time I’ve already been smoking is a bit jarring, if I am completely honest, but I should clarify that during the first few years of smoking, I was only having one or two a day, which is not quite comparable to how many I smoke in a given day, on average, currently.

I’ve tried a few things to quit, but came to the ultimate realization that I won’t be successful in quitting smoking until I truly want to give it up. I’ve spoken with plenty of people who used to be avid smokers who don’t smoke at all anymore, and every single one of them has told me that if in my heart I truly do not want to quit, then I won’t be able to.

I did purchase a vape a few years back, and while initially I was not using my vape regularly, I am now. Currently, I vape more often than I smoke, which is good to an extent; vapes are not much better for your lungs or overall health than cigarettes are, and now I’m addicted to both cigarettes and my vape.

I’m a nicotine Nancy, what can I say.

I’ve been exploring the internet recently to see what is available in terms of healthier vape alternatives when compared to traditional vapes, and their necessary juice, on the market now. I actually initially tried Googling vapes that function on no vapour whatsoever, and instead entirely oxygen, and I was delighted to see how many options are in existence.

Some of these healthier alternatives of vape mechanisms use only air, while others use caffeine, and some even use essential oils. From what I’ve read, these alternatives still deliver that ‘throat hit’ that a cigarette does, and speaking from a smoker’s perspective, the throat hit is a key component of the smoking experience, and that is a characteristic I would look for in a vape.

If I end up purchasing a healthier vape, I’ll be sure to provide all of you with my thoughts and experience.
