Hair is a fickle thing. Most of us have it on top of our heads, and despite how common, and, I suppose, ‘normal’ it is, I can’t help but recognize just how different hair is for everyone who has it.
There are numerous types of hair, some typical examples being curly, straight, wavy, and fine. Knowing what your hair type is could save you a lot of stress and money in the long-run, so if you’re unsure, feel free to ask a hairstylist. They will be able to tell you.
I have fine, long, Irish hair. Irish hair means you have multiple different textures of hair on your head simultaneously, and it often appears as straighter hair towards the top of the head, and wavy hair towards the bottom. I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s difficult to style, but the notion of wearing my hair naturally is almost always a hard no; I honestly look like I have a mullet when I don’t style it at all, and that isn’t exactly the look I’m going for.
While there are several different types of hair in existence, I do think there is one product that is relevant to all kinds. My hair stylist confirmed this suspicion, hence why I’m feeling brave enough to share it with all of you, and the product in question is the Moroccanoil Treatment Original oil. I’ve been using this stuff since I was in my teens, and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon.
Is this product expensive? Yes, however, I do think the price is worth what it does for hair. It is the only hair oil I have used that does not weigh my hair down or cause it to appear greasy, and it smells absolutely divine. A little goes a long way, and I would recommend it to anyone.
