Have you visited Roseville Estate?

Blaine and I had the privilege of attending my childhood best friend’s wedding this past weekend. She and her now husband make for a truly beautiful couple, and their wedding was nothing short of stunning. The day was extremely warm, but seeing as the temperature reached 37C on our own wedding day, we knew we had nothing to gripe about.

This wedding took place at an incredible location known as Roseville Estate. Located in Cambridge, Ontario, this hidden gem is positively gorgeous, and both Blaine and I were taken aback by its beauty.

Here is a descriptive blurb of the location, pulled from its website, linked above:

“Nestled in the historic township of Cambridge, Ontario, lies Roseville Estate, a beautiful wedding venue and event center. Roseville Estate is the perfect harmony of traditional elegance and contemporary fashions. We specialize in providing exclusive and private events, allowing our dedicated team to focus on you. At Roseville we are always looking at new ways to redefine affordable luxury for our guests.”

This place looks like something straight out of Italy in the best way possible. The ceremony took place outdoors in a quiet and whimsical spot referred to as The Enchanted Forest, according to Roseville Estate’s website, and the reception followed indoors at the Rose Hall, “…with an outdoor-indoor bar, poolside cocktail receptions, the Solomon lobby with floor-to-ceiling windows. 20-foot ceiling, eight beautifully appointed low-hanging crystal chandeliers set in a room that has polished concrete floors,” (Roseville Estate).

The food was fantastic. Blaine had the beef short rib, and I had the chicken, both served alongside some of the tastiest mashed potatoes I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating (including The Keg’s) and the best tasting zucchini I’ve ever had. According to Roseville’s website, “Our in-house catering services provide multiple menus for you to select from, with multicourse meals that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.”

This wedding was one to remember, and the venue is no small part of the experience. It’s stunning, and I highly recommend visiting if the opportunity ever arises.
