What’s on your bucket list?

In the unlikely instance you are not familiar with the term ‘bucket list,’ allow me to inform you: a bucket list is a term used to reference a list of things we would like to do in our lives before we die. It is a composition of, usually, activities and experiences of some sort, although there is no strict criterion one must adhere to while creating their own list.

As humans, we are all rather different from one another in terms of likes, dislikes and interests, so it makes sense that one person’s bucket list will differ dramatically from the next. The process is entirely subjective and opinion-based, and I thought it might be fun to share with all of you what I have on my own bucket list.

My bucket list includes:

  • Visiting Ireland at some point
  • Seeing a professional rugby game, preferably the New Zealand All Blacks
  • Going skydiving
  • Getting more tattoos, although I’m torn on what to get and where to put them
  • Owning a classic car, preferably a pickup truck
  • Visiting Ed and Lorraine Warren’s occult museum
  • Visiting Norway to immerse myself and admire the Viking history present there
  • Going horseback riding again – I rode for years, but I haven’t in just as many, and I’m yearning to get back on a horse
  • Owning a pet ferret
  • Visiting Africa and seeing its wildlife
  • Writing a book of my own one day
  • While completely unattainable, seeing Freddie Mercury live (my mom and I did see Queen with its original members and Adam Lambert a few years ago)

I imagine if I dwell on the matter for an extended period of time, I’ll manage to come up with more ideas, but I think that’s a solid start for my own bucket list. What would be on your bucket list?
