I posted a few days ago about my struggles with modern-day shopping, asking for some input regarding where to shop for both casual and work-appropriate clothes. Much to my delight, I received a recommendation from a friend from University (you rock, Elisa), and I have already made a purchase from hautelook.com.
Hautelook.com is affiliated with Nordstrom and basically offers big-name brands for a discounted price. Like, a majorly discounted price. Their merchandise changes daily, so today, for example, Dyson vacuum cleaners are 50% off. Some items are discounted up to 80%, allowing customers to save hundreds of dollars for specific items. They have a huge array of items, from women and men’s clothing to kid’s, home decor and furniture, even beauty products. I cannot believe I had never heard of this site until it was recommended to me, but I am quite content with this lovely discovery.
This site isn’t for you, though, if you like to leave items in your ‘cart’ to think about it for a few hours. There’s a fifteen minute limit on any item you put into your cart, so it somewhat encourages you to impulse buy, as Elisa warned me. However, if you’re like me and buy something when you want it or love it, this site could soon become a favourite. Watch out for shipping and international charges as well, because they tend to sneak up on you when you’re least expecting it.
Hunter Boots, Betsey Johnson, Sperry’s, KitchenAid, Adidas, London Fog, Dolce and Gabbana, Apple products and more are available from Hautelook.com, and whether you’re looking for some fancy pumps or some runners, you’ll likely find it for a wicked price on this website. I can’t recommend it enough, and hopefully, I can pass along this little gem just as it was passed along to me.
