If you follow Hollywood in any context, you’re likely familiar with Bradley Cooper. This handsome lad has certainly made a name for himself through his work over the past decade or so, and his incredibly handsome good looks are pretty difficult to overlook.
Blaine and I both really like the movie A Star is Born, and after re-watching it the other night, I wanted to do a little bit of digging on Mr. Cooper to learn more about him. This information comes from Biography.com.
Born January 5, 1975, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Bradley Charles Cooper didn’t initially want to be an actor from a young age. Rather, he thoroughly enjoyed cooking and wanted to pursue a culinary career, but after graduating from Georgetown University with an English degree, he pursued a masters degree in New York City at the Actors Studio Drama School.
He “made his television debut with a guest spot on Sex and the City. He then acted both on TV and film, in shows such as The Street and Jack & Bobby and films such as Wet Hot American Summer and Carnival Knowledge. But it was the success of 2005’s Wedding Crashers that took Cooper’s career to the next level, with subsequent roles in The Hangover, Valentine’s Day and several other films. He’s also received Academy Award nods for his work in Silver Linings Playbook, American Hustle, American Sniper and A Star Is Born,” the website explains.
I’m not exactly sure what it is about this man I enjoy so much in terms of acting, but he really is rather talented. His performance as Jackson Maine in A Star is Born is so genuinely real, raw and emotional, and I don’t think there is anyone that would have been better suited for the role.
