Life itself, and some advice pertaining to it, is something that has relevance to all of us here on Earth. Life itself is full of highs and lows, mysteries and solves, and sometimes, it can be plain overwhelming, depending on whatever shit has been sent our way.
The way in which we live our lives is subjective to us and our own choices and decisions. What we might deem as a great thing to do, someone else might consider pure lunacy, and I kind of find this a beautiful thing. How we live our lives is entirely up to us, for the most part, and it’s pretty fascinating to contemplate how many different paths we could have walked, and have trodden already, in our journey through it.
I wanted to see what sort of life advice I could find to share with all of you, and the following comes from philrosen.blog. Check it out.
“It’s far more important to figure out what you don’t like rather than what you do.
“Invest early and often.
“When you graduate, all people talk about is getting a stable job and salary immediately. No one talks about the million other potential paths to take after graduating. Explore these fully, even though no one is talking about them.
“This is not a rehearsal.
“Comparison is the thief of joy.
“Stop living for the approval of others. So many negative things will manifest themselves if you focus on this. You’ll never get their approval anyway, and you’ll make yourself miserable.
“Don’t take your work home with you (if you can help it). If your work begins to negatively influence your emotions, something has to change.
“It is better to be disliked for who you are rather than liked for a person you are not,” the web page states.
Pretty powerful advice.
