I’ve been quite loyal to my current eyebrow products for some time. The Anastasia Dip Brow Pomade has been a favourite of mine for years now, but because I don’t wear makeup nearly as often as I once did, I’ve discovered that most of my products are now expired and require replacing.
I read about a new eyebrow product that is receiving fantastic reviews in a Buzzfeed article, and because I was due for a cosmetic upgrade, I decided to give it a shot and ordered the Maybelline New York Brow Inserts, 2-in-1 Brow Multiplying Tool, which happens to be on sale right now for anyone interested. It regularly retails for $20, which is significantly cheaper than other eyebrow products I’ve used.
This guy comes with two different ends; one consists of a three-pronged brush, if you will, that, when applied, mimics actual eyebrow hairs instead of rigid lines that tend to form when you’re using a pencil. The other end is a spoolie and a tinted setting gel to keep brow hairs in place.
Here is a description of the product, from its page via the Amazon website:
“This innovative 2-in-1 brow tool features a micro-needle shaped pen with a 0.015MM triple tip for precise, hair-like strokes anda hair-like fiber gel that tints and volumizes each brow hair. Made with dye-free colorants for color that stays true all day
“Brows that last all day with up to 36 hourwear. This formula is transfer-resistant, smudge-resistant, and water-resistant. Your brow look stays protected, comfortable, and crunch-free, enduring your busiest moments without a fade or smear,” the description states.
I am very pleased with this product so far after using it a handful of times, and it isn’t difficult to operate by any means. I absolutely recommend it and think it could be a game-changer for anyone with sparse brows.
