Dry shampoos have never exactly been of significance to me. I have dabbled with a couple of different brands before, and because I failed to acknowledge any major difference in my hair when making use of them, I stopped purchasing any.
My roommates swear by Batiste Dry Shampoo, so when I saw it on sale at my local Shopper’s Drugmart, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to give it a try. I purchased the Batiste XXL Volume dry shampoo, and after using it twice, I can say with complete confidence it has made a difference in my hair, and definitely for the better.
This product evidently aims to give hair a voluminous boost according to its title, and it really does live up to its name. I spray the product into my roots in the morning and work it through my hair with my fingertips, and my hair still has noticeable volume by the end of the day. It’s equally effective to flip your head over and spay the underneath of your hair to give it that extra oomph.
It smells great, it doesn’t leave a sticky film in your hair, and when on sale its relatively inexpensive. I purchased mine for roughly $8 at sale price, and so far it has been worth every penny.
Batiste carries many different types and varieties of dry shampoo, even some with colour to be of aid to those with brown or black hair. There’s nothing worse than spraying dry shampoo into your hair and being left with white patches throughout. They really do offer something for everyone, and I undoubtedly recommend it to anyone who is an avid dry shampoo user.
Dry shampoo is definitely a convenient fix for a drab hair day, and this product makes it easier than ever before. Give it a shot! (I mean, spray).
