For those of you who have zero interest in makeup, I apologize for the subject matter of this post.
But, for those of you who do, I thought I would share the contents of my makeup bag in case anyone is curious as to which products I use.
I highly doubt anyone is curious, and I’m likely giving myself false hope in convincing myself anyone cares about which products I use on my face. But, I’m still going to tell you what’s in my makeup bag whether you care or not.
Without further adieu, here are the current contents of my makeup bag that I use daily, in order of application (not including brushes):
- Tarte 4-in-1 Setting Mist (Rainforest of the Sea Collection)
- Tarte Shape Tape Concealer
- ESTÉE LAUDER Double Wear Stay-in-Place Foundation
- Dermablend Professional Loose Setting Powder
- ANASTASIA BEVERLY HILLS DIPBROW™ Pomade
- Physician’s Formula Butter Bronzer Murumuru Butter Bronzer
- Covergirl Super Sizer Fibers Mascara
In case you didn’t notice, I’m not particularly adventurous when it comes to makeup application. I prefer to stick to the essentials in order to achieve a natural, everyday look, but in the odd case I’m feeling a little creative, I’ll throw on some false lashes and a bit of eye shadow, usually borrowed from my sister.
The products in my makeup bag are ones I’ve been using for quite a while, and I’m quite content with my current makeup application process. Once I find something that I like and works for me, I tend to stick with up, so I doubt I’ll be switching things up anytime soon. However, I’m always open to trying new things, so if you have any cult-favourite beauty products you swear by, let me know in the comments and I’ll try my best to work them into my routine.
P.S.: One more thing in my makeup bag? A lot of leaked foundation on the bottom.
