A round of applause for The Mandarin

Anyone who considers themselves to be a foodie is arguably familiar with The Mandarin. In case you’re unaware of what The Mandarin is, simply put, it is a majestic, incredibly diverse food buffet that everyone residing on planet Earth should have the privilege of experiencing.

At least, I think so. And I’m not even a foodie. I just love food.

When I say The Mandarin has a vast and diverse selection, please believe me when I say I ain’t lying. Their buffets offers a lot of the typical favourites, for example, pasta, French fries, barbecue meats and more, but there is further options for just about any cuisine you can think of. I particularly enjoy their choices of a variety of Asian cuisines. Their sushi bar is magnificent, as is their fresh seafood and shellfish as well as their dumplings and steam buns.

I’m not exaggerating when I say I would kill for steam buns from The Mandarin. I genuinely think they’re worth jail time.

In addition to all of the hot foods they offer, The Mandarin also offers a plethora of literally any form of salad you can think of, hot and cold.

And then there’s the desserts. Holy shit, there is something for everyone at this place. Cakes, pies, squares, fruits, ice cream … you name it, they’ve got it.

Any time I have visited The Mandarin, I have had nothing short of a pleasant and delicious experience. It is all-you-can-eat, so I don’t recommend wearing tight clothing if you want to ensure your money is well-spent. The staff are always kind and professional, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

I like to keep my visits to The Mandarin to a minimum to avoid packing on any unwanted pounds, but it is a wonderful option for special occasions. They can accommodate large parties as well as single diners, and it’s just a great experience.
