My mom and I ventured out to Costco a few days ago for a long overdue visit. She and I had been trying to determine a day to go to stock up on some goodies that suited the both of us, but things tend to get a little squirrely scheduling-wise when we are in the busy season on the farm, which we most certainly are. Finally, we were able to find a day that worked for both of us, and so we had a lovely mother-daughter Costco date, which is always appreciated.
As always when one makes a trip to Costco, you end up leaving with more than you planned on purchasing. You can prep beforehand as aggressively as you would like when it comes to making a list of things you actually need, but the inevitably of spending more than you should at Costco honestly seems inevitable at this point.
I’m hoping this is a mutual agreement and not just one I’m experiencing via intense gluttony.
While browsing through the snack aisles, I came across an item that lit a fire under my ass because it looked so incredibly delicious. I’m pleased to report that this snack is, in fact, fucking delightful, and said snack in question is the Savanna Orchards Gourmet Honey Mustard Pretzels and Nuts.
This impeccable mixture of all things delicious includes honey mustard and onion pretzels, dry roasted honey cashews and dry roasted honey almonds, and it could arguably be classified as happiness in a seal-tight bag. This stuff is so good it’s stupid, and it’s also insanely addicting, so I do recommend pouring some into a bowl as opposed to eating it right from the bag like a straight-up animal unless you wish to look like a honey roasted cashew.
Do yourself a favour and run, don’t walk, to grab this from Costco.
