Costco cookies: yes or no?

As mentioned in yesterday’s post, my mom and I recently made a trip to Costco. I picked up some new goodies as well as some I’ve been getting from Costco for a while, one such item being the cookies that they bake in-store.

Costco actually has a rather impressive selection of baked goods. If I’m being honest, they have an impressive selection of just about everything they carry, but I hope you get my point.

It’s a good day when you walk into Costco and smell their cookies being baked.

In case you haven’t figured it out yet, today’s post is about Costco’s soft-baked cookies, and for good reason. These things are the shit, and are honestly some of the better soft-baked cookies I’ve had in my day.

First, I tried their chocolate chip cookies. Chocolate chip cookies are a classic, and it’s pretty hard to fuck them up, so it isn’t a big surprise they are tasty. After visiting Costco a few more times, I came to the joyous realization that they carry a chocolate lover’s variety pack of cookies, and I’ve been buying this delightful mixture of cookies ever since.

The variety pack comes with the classic chocolate chip along with what I think is a double-chocolate cookie and also a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie. Out of all three flavours, I find the white chocolate macadamia nut ones to be the best, but believe me when I say all three flavours are truly wonderful.

I’m not sure if Costco is lacing their cookies with crack, but they’re quite addictive, and they certainly hit the spot. I have to contain myself when sampling these bad boys otherwise I would probably devour the entire container in one sitting, and that’s saying something seeing as there are probably about 25 cookies in a pack.

Costco cookies are an absolute yes, my friends, and if you have yet to try them, I sincerely hope you’re able to do so sooner than later.
