Courtesy of my delightful chronic Lyme disease, I make frequent use of an infrared sauna made by Therasage. I wrote a post detailing the functions and benefits of using an infrared sauna, which I encourage you to read if you haven’t already, and I’ve been using my Therasage sauna for over a year now. I love it.
Unfortunately, my sauna recently malfunctioned and I haven’t been able to use it since. It took a little while to hear back from Therasage’s customer service department, and while I initially was a little quizzical regarding the absence of their response, once I did hear back from the founder of the company, he explained to me, in detail, what the reason behind the delay was.
I don’t think I’ve had better customer service in my life than the customer service I received from Therasage, and I do not say that lightly. The gentleman I connected with apologized many times for the hold-up and explained that when issues do arise with their products, their entire team tackles the issue to ensure it is handled as professionally as possible. The team was dealing with a different client, which is why it took a little bit longer for me to hear from someone.
The company is sending me an entirely new unit, free of charge, along with some extra goodies to extend their sincerity, and I must have chatted with the company founder for 20 minutes. He was not in a rush, and his genuinity was palpable through the phone.
When it comes to infrared saunas, Therasage’s are the absolute best versions available. No other models compare to the technology and features that comprise the Therasage unit, and the company makes a variety of other health and wellness products as well.
