Sore knees? Try this brace out

If you’ve played sports at any point in life, there is, unfortunately, a relatively strong chance you’ve incurred some sort of knee injury – if you play contact sports, it’s almost a guarantee.

I injured one of my knees years ago playing rugby, and now that I’m playing again, that same knee has been re-injured. I did go to get it looked at when it happened a few weeks ago, but the emergency doctor wasn’t able to tell me too much. He ordered an ultrasound for my knee, but it isn’t until the middle of July; because I had no intention of waiting that long to be able to play again to some extent, I knew I needed to find some sort of knee support, and fast.

I do already own a knee brace, however, because it has metal fixtures, I can’t wear it playing in case it injures a player.

I figured I would check out Amazon because I needed a brace fast, and after looking at a few different ones, I ended up purchasing the NEENCA Professional Knee Brace, and I got two – one for each knee. I’ve been wearing both every time I have practice or a game since getting them, and I absolutely love them and the support they provide to both of my knees.

This brace isn’t like traditional knee braces in the sense it’s kind of like a hybrid between a brace and a compression sleeve. It has gel padding inside to protect the major ligaments and tendons in the knee, in addition to the kneecap itself, and it doesn’t restrict my movement or anything of the sort. It’s comfortable, flexible, and doesn’t slip down at any point while playing. It’s honestly fantastic, and if you’re in need of a knee brace, I absolutely recommend this one.
