Trouble falling asleep? Read this

The issue of not being able to fall asleep is a widespread and incredibly frustrating one. There are few things worse than lying in bed, wide awake, while the clock ticks away, serving as a stark reminder that you have to be awake in a matter of hours without getting any sleep.

It absolutely sucks, and a lot of us can relate to this shitty experience.

Once I am asleep, very few things wake me up. Without sounding too dramatic, I think I could honestly sleep through just about anything, and if you don’t believe me, feel free to check with my family. Falling asleep is where I occasionally encounter some resistance, but I have been using a particular product for a little while now which has certainly shortened the time it takes for me to fall asleep.

I’ve been using the OLLY Extra Strength Sleep Gummy Supplement for about a year now, and I have no complaints. I first spotted this product while shopping in a Target store in Buffalo; they aren’t the easiest to find here in Canada, but, thankfully, they’re available via Amazon, which I linked above.

They’re blackberry flavour and actually taste quite good, which, for anyone who has ever tried melatonin gummies, is promising news because they often taste awful. They’re reasonably priced and one container lasts me over one month. These particular gummies contain Melatonin, L-Theanine and Botanicals which all help to support better sleep and relaxation.

I take two gummies roughly an hour before I go to bed, but the bottle recommends taking them 30 minutes before. I figured out what works best for me, personally, so feel free to figure this out for yourself if you happen to give these a try.

For anyone who has difficulty falling asleep, these gummies just might become your new best friend.
