Paris’ Gluten Free Market Place

I hate to be redundant, and I have stated this numerous times previously here on my blog, but designating foods that are catered to persons with several food allergies that furthermore taste good can be quite challenging. Many grocers carry basic allergy-conscious foods, however after consuming the same foods for an extended period of time, you become quite tired of them.

I was informed about the Paris Gluten Free Market Place and Bakery by my mother, who was informed about the location by her sister. My mom and I visited the marketplace approximately two months ago and we have been returning to purchase products ever since.

The Paris Gluten Free Marketplace and Bakery carries items that are free of gluten with absolutely no exceptions. Their product selection is admirable considering the limited availability of gluten free foods, and aside from carrying baked goods they also carry cereals, pasta, crackers and snacks.

The aspect of this bakery that truly stands out to me is the fact that you are able to place custom orders that cater to whatever food allergies you suffer from. For example, I am able to call and order gluten free, dairy free and egg free cookies and furthermore buns, and the order is always ready within two days. The prices are reasonable and their dedication to their customers and their diet requirements is truly wonderful and such dedication is becoming more and more difficult to come across in the current food industry.

As for their baked goods, the Paris Marketplace carries homemade breads (white, cinnamon raisin, multigrain, mock rye, sourdough and cheese), buns, cakes and cupcakes (white, chocolate and red velvet), tarts (raspberry coconut, butter, pecan and apple), cookies (chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia nut, ginger snaps and peanut butter), muffins (banana chocolate chip, blueberry, raspberry coconut, pumpkin spice and cranberry mandarin orange) and pies (apple, blueberry, lemon, peach, cherry, bumbleberry, pumpkin and strawberry rhubarb). They also make meals in house, and again, everything they carry is free of gluten.

If you wish to check out the Paris Gluten Free Marketplace and Bakery, their phone number is 519-442-1020. They’re open seven days a week from 9-5!
