Product review: Earthly Delights’ vanilla sugar scrub

I apologize for the surplus in product reviews as of late, however, after receiving some products for Christmas, and others shortly before Christmas time, I figure I may as well offer my opinion of them in case someone else is contemplating giving them a try.

My sister, who coincidentally happens to be the owner of Earthly Delights, has a variety of bath products available for purchase, in addition to her fresh, frozen meals and stunning charcuterie boards. Whether it be bath bombs, bath dust, scrubs or custom orders, this gal has all the tools to meet whatever your bath product fantasies may be.

My sister was kind enough to give me one of her vanilla body scrubs. She knows that I am quite picky when it comes to scrubs, as I find many of them leave an oily residue behind on the skin and make your tub slippier than a sheet of ice.

I tried out her sugar scrub a couple of nights ago, and I am beyond happy with the results. Perhaps I’m slightly biased in my opinion of the scrub, considering my sister made it, however, it really is a great scrub. You don’t need to use an excessive amount, it smells lovely, it’s gentle on the skin, and it doesn’t leave behind any residue. The scrub left my skin feeling soft, smooth, and revitalized, in a way, as the granules in the scrub removed the dead skin from my body, allowing new, healthier skin to make an appearance.

These fantastic scrubs available for purchase from my sister, Danielle, for ten dollars, and I definitely think it’s worth the money. She also makes lemon, lavender, rose and coffee-scented scrubs.

These scrubs are a great gift for anyone in your life, and they’re also great for self-pampering. Try one out today.
