Fish tacos, when prepared correctly, absolutely slap, in my own humble opinion.
My use of the word slap, in this case, is to indicate excellence. It’s a term the young kids are using these days.
I fucking adore fish tacos, and I order them just about any time I spot them on a menu in a restaurant. They’re fresh, savoury, crispy with a hint of cabbage slaw – they’re simply phenomenal.
Fish tacos arguably taste better when the weather is warm, so since it is summertime and all, I thought I would share the following recipe from natashaskitchen.com with all of you.
