I’ve dabbled in using apple cider vinegar for a variety of reasons here and there over the past few years. At one point, I was drinking it diluted in water, and now, I’m actually using it as a skin toner; I’ve used it to tackle dandruff before, and I still do occasionally if I need to.
I feel as though apple cider vinegar is a wonder product that is honestly overlooked by a lot of people, simply because many folks are unaware of the countless things you can use it for. I thought I would dedicate a post to it in hopes of shedding some light on a truly phenomenal product to have in your home.

“The main substance in vinegar — acetic acid — can kill harmful bacteria or prevent them from multiplying. It has a history of use as a disinfectant and natural preservative.
“Apple cider vinegar has shown promise in improving insulin sensitivity and helping lower blood sugar responses after meals.
“Some studies suggest that vinegar can increase feelings of fullness and help you eat fewer calories, which may lead to weight loss.
“Several animal studies have shown that vinegar can reduce blood triglycerides, cholesterol, and blood pressure.
“Apple cider vinegar is naturally acidic and has antimicrobial properties. This means it could help improve the skin barrier and prevent infections in theory,” the web page explains.
Any information you read about the uses of apple cider vinegar will likely be accompanied by a disclaimer that more scientific studies are required to investigate the tremendous benefits of it.
