There is a definite probability that some of you read the title of today’s post and rendered its subject content completely and utterly useless. If so, I can’t entirely say I blame you; is today’s topic of utmost importance in the grand scheme of things? Hell, no. Call me odd, but I’ve always been curious to know what people’s favourite items are at fast food chains, and while Tim Hortons may not technically be considered fast food, it’s close enough.

I drink my coffee black, so I can’t say I get overly creative with my beverage orders from Tim’s. But, for anyone out there who prefers tea to coffee, my mom is an avid Tim Horton’s steeped tea drinker, and she wears Tim’s is better than most. My father also enjoys their lattes, and my sister and one of my good friends is feral for their peach juice.

Regarding baked goods, I’ve always loved Tim’s chocolate chip muffins, particularly the sugary crust that dons the top – chefs kiss, in my opinion. I’ve additionally always enjoyed their classic chocolate chunk cookie, but I’ve never been a fan of their donuts or Timbits.

Their cheese scone is decent, as is their Jalapeno cheddar bagel. I acknowledge we are slowly drifting into the sandwich category, so we shall explore these items next.

My absolute favourite sandwiches from Tim’s are their Craveable sandwiches. There are two kinds – roast beef and crispy chicken – and when I tell you these are the best damn sammiches Tim’s has created in a hot minute, please believe me. I don’t even like roast beef, but whatever they do to this sandwich makes it taste fabulous; if you haven’t tried either, I absolutely recommend doing so.

I would not suggest trying their pizza, because it is a bit lacklustre.
