Before we delve into the nitty gritty content of this absolutely riveting post, allow me to state that these fast food preference posts are not going to be a series by any means. I think after today’s post I shall cease writing about fast food favourites, in case anyone is stressing about this sort of content. But, like I said in yesterday’s post, I enjoy learning about other people’s food favourites, so at least this has been entertaining for me.
I rarely ate McDonald’s prior to getting married and moving out of the house, arguably because my mother raised me and my sister on healthy foods. That is not to say McDonald’s, here and there, is unhealthy, hence why I’m now enjoying more of it than I ever have before in my life.
My go-to McDonald’s order includes a McDouble and a six-piece chicken nugget with their hot mustard dipping sauce. When I tell you I could literally drink this hot mustard, I am not exaggerating, and it blows any other fast food chain’s version of spicy mustard not only out of the water, but onto the damn shore. As for the McDouble, it is perfect, satisfying and positively scrumptious, and, fingers crossed, I have yet to have a bad one.
My former McDonald’s favourite was a Big Mac, but as of late, I have been thoroughly enjoying the McDouble and nugget pairing.
Blaine, being a beef farmer, is quite picky when it comes to beef. For that reason, he does not tend to order hamburgers from fast food joints, so his regular McDonald’s order consists of a 10-piece chicken nugget meal, with a large fry and a Coke. I’m trying to persuade him to give a McDouble a shot, but so far, no luck.
I haven’t explored McDonald’s other items too extensively, but I plan to. What’s your go-to order?
