Busy cat? Read this

If you own a cat, or have at some point in your life, you’re arguably aware of the fact that some of them could play for hours on end and still wish to frolic more, whereas others are content to relax and not do a whole lot of moving. In our home, we have two cats, with both of them meeting opposite criteria; Timmy is three and yearns to play, whereas Lionel is almost 12 and wishes to do nothing affiliated with playing for the most part.

Unfortunately, Timmy and Lionel do not get along, and we have had to keep them separated. I like to get Timmy new toys every now and then to keep him enticed, and a recent purchase may be his favourite toy yet.

The FEELNEEDY Cat Toys for Indoor Cats with LED Lights comes in a few different prints to best suit your aesthetic preferences, and it retails for about $35. It is easy to assemble and relatively simple to operate, and it basically consists of a sort of tarp that goes over the top of a moving circle with an attachment sticking out of its side. When the device is on, this attachment lights up and randomly goes in circles around the entire tarp, making it a highly interactive and entertaining toy for the most active of cats.

Timmy is having an absolute ball with this toy, and after a little while, if the toy acknowledges that it is no longer being played with, it shuts off on its own to prevent the battery from being drained. It doesn’t take up a lot of room and can easily be moved around to best suit your living space.

If you own a very busy kitty, consider getting them this toy. I doubt you will regret it.
