Within the past couple of years or so, my knowledge, appreciation, and respect for cannabis has exponentially increased. I used to disassociate myself from using anything that contained cannabis because of the stigma associated with it, despite it now being legal in Canada, but after altering my close-minded perception a bit, I’ve certainly garnered a better comprehension of it and what it can do for the body.
Cannabis, as we’re pretty well all aware, can get you feeling really, really good, but it does a hell of a lot more than get you high. I recently started using some cosmetic and hygiene products that contain cannabis, and it is safe to say my mind has been blown.
I’ve been using a cannabis-infused shampoo and conditioner bar for a couple of weeks now. I purchased mine via Growing Together Supply Company, located in Simcoe, Ontario, and if you’re a marijuana user in any manner, I highly recommend checking this store out. Crystal, the owner, is lovely, and she can assist you with whatever it is you’re looking for.
Initially, I was a little puzzled as to how to go about using shampoo and conditioner in a bar form as I never have. I find rubbing the bars directly onto my hair while in the shower is the most effective way to disperse the product throughout my hair, but perhaps you’ll find a better method for yourself. Both the shampoo and conditioner lather, but not nearly as much as conventional shampoo and conditioner – this is a positive because it is an indication that these two products aren’t full of synthetic shit to create that bubbly lather.
My hair has never been smoother, shinier, healthier or more moisturized, and this is without using any additional leave-in products, which I normally use because my hair is dry. Both the shampoo and conditioner bars are absolute game changers, and I seriously cannot recommend them enough.
