Stress is something that just about all of us experience throughout life, some more than others. And, really, the concept of stress is a very personalized one; what may be a significant source of stress for one person may not be for another.

While stress in itself is almost inevitable for any of us, we all interpret and handle stress differently, making it a bit of a subjective concept. Because stress can present itself in so many diverse manners, and be trigged by a vast array of sources, it can be difficult to determine how to go about managing it.

Personally, I don’t handle stress all that well. I tend to create more stress for myself than necessary, likely linked to my anxiety, but I do think I’ve gotten a little bit better over the years.
