Back in the beginning of August, the conclusion of my regular rugby season came to a rather abrupt and unfortunate end. I sustained a serious concussion and whiplash during the game, and while I am grateful the injury happened at the end of the season, it still wasn’t wonderful time-wise in the sense we were in the thick of the busy season on our family farm.
I was seen by a doctor at a hospital who referred me to see Dr. Martinow at Achieve Movement Health Clinic in Simcoe, Ontario. The doctor informed me Dr. Martinow is one of the best in the area for concussion recovery, so I figured I would be in good hands.
I suppose I didn’t initially realize just how good of hands I was in upon first starting to see Dr. Martinow, although I am infinitely grateful for the assistance he provided me with, and continues to provide me with.
I am certain I would not be where I am currently with my concussion recovery if it were not for Dr. Martinow’s expertise. I had no inclination as to what was involved in recovering from a severe concussion and whiplash, but Dr. Martinow quickly started me on a protocol that has gotten me back on track sooner than arguably anyone else would have been able to.
In addition to assisting me with my conked head, Dr. Martinow furthermore helped treat injuries and problems I’ve been dealing with for years that no one else has been able to tackle. I suspect the guy might be a wizard because of how knowledgeable he is in so many different realms of the medical field.
Dr. Martinow at Achieve Health Movement Clinic is professional, kind, warm, funny, and extremely good at what he does. If you’re in pain of any kind, I highly recommend booking a consultation with him.
