How about a BLT Caesar Pasta Salad for dinner tonight?

When it comes to salad, Caesar reigns supreme, and I will happily die on this hill. One of the main reasons Caesar salad stands above all others is arguably because of its components; while a salad, you can’t really go wrong with creamy, garlic dressing, croutons and bacon bits.

Is it the healthiest salad out there? Fuck no. But it’s definitely the tastiest.

Pasta is another example of food I am more than happy to ingest, so when I came across a recipe for a BLT Caesar Pasta Salad from halfbakedharvest.com, I deemed it only fair to share it with all of you.

“Ingredients

“Caesar Dressing

“Pasta Salad

“Instructions

“To make the dressing. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar and whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

“Preheat the oven to 425° F. Toss together the ciabatta, garlic, and a pinch of salt with the olive oil. Bake for 10-12 minutes until toasted.

“Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Boil the pasta to al dente, according to package directions. Drain.

“In a large bowl, toss the hot pasta with the dressing and cheese cubes. Mix in the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and croutons, tossing to combine,” the recipe states.

Personally, I would remove the tomatoes because I don’t love those in a Caesar salad, but they would pair nicely with the pasta.

Give it a shot, folks. You can’t really go wrong here.
