Fall date ideas

I’ve done a couple of different date-related posts here on my blog in the past, and based on the response I’ve received from you, my wonderful readers, I thought I would do one for fall.

I suppose I’m a little biased seeing as fall is my favourite season, but fall presents a multitude of new and creative date ideas. Here’s a few suggestions.

  • Go for a nature walk and take in the colours
  • Visit a pumpkin patch
  • Pick apples together
  • Do a corn maze
  • Visit a spooky attraction, like a haunted house
  • Attend a fair together
  • Have a picnic in a park with some hot and steamy cider
  • Go to a cute cafe for a coffee date
  • Make a pie together
  • Have a scary movie marathon
  • Visit a brewery
  • Carve some pumpkins
  • Have a tailgating party
  • Throw some blankets in the box of a pickup truck and watch the stars
  • Make some hearty soup
  • Go for a drive through a scenic area
  • Attend a football game
  • Go for a wine tasting
  • Have a bonfire
  • Hit up your local farmers market
  • Book a ghost tour
  • Take a pottery class
  • Go on a hayride
  • Join a book club together
  • Go for a bike ride
  • Visit a fall festival, like Waterford Pumpkin Fest
  • Pitch a tent and spend the night camping before the weather gets too chilly
  • Rake leaves together
  • Spend a weekend being lazy with each other
  • These are a few suggestions I was able to come up with, but there are plenty more fall activities that be enjoyed by you and your significant others. Do some brainstorming and see what you and your partner can come up with to make the most out of this glorious season, and be sure to hit up some local fairs and festivals while you’re at it.
