Have you been to Spencer’s at the Waterfront?

This past weekend, my bridesmaids and I partook in my bachelorette.

I plan to dedicate an entirely separate post to share the glorious details of my bachelorette with all of you. Don’t you worry.

To provide you with some context, one of the elements of my bachelorette was dining at Spencer’s at the Waterfront in Burlington, Ontario. None of us had been to Spencer’s prior to my bachelorette, and after hearing about it from a family friend, my sister and I decided it was the place to visit for the celebrations.

I’m planning on only having one bachelorette in my life, so I wanted to make the most of it in a reasonable manner. If I’m gonna spend a little bit of money on anything, food is it.

I briefly looked up Spencer’s via Google before having dinner there. Still, I didn’t want to invest my attention too heavily in detail while reading about it because I wanted there to be some element of surprise. I knew it was impressive, but holy fuck, it really is.

Spencer’s is a great option for special occasions, or, on the other hand, for a quaint dinner with family or friends. Their menu has a little bit of everything, and while it is a little on the pricey side, I do think it is worth it considering the view, the atmosphere, and the food itself.

Myself and a few of the gals shared some appetizers including a seafood tower which consisted of lobster, crab legs, jumbo shrimp, raw tuna and salmon, and oysters, as well as some killer French fries, a delectable flatbread, crab cakes and steak tartare. Everything was positively scrumptious, as was their strawberry mojito.

Our waitress, Elyse, was one of the kindest, sweetest souls I think I have ever met, and she made the experience truly phenomenal. I would go back in a heartbeat.
