One of the last times I made a trip to Costco, I came across a product in their snack section that caught my interest. I spotted some fruit bars, and because so many of these types of items contain a lot more than you’re anticipating (like excess sugar), I always check out the ingredients. I was pleasantly surprised to see that these bars don’t have any ingredients aside from the fruit they’re made from, so it makes sense that the name of this product is That’s it.
Check out what the company website has to say about their products.
“Our products are Non-GMO, vegan, kosher, gluten-free, and free from contamination from the top 12 food allergen groups. We are Paleo certified and Whole30 compliant. No washing, cutting or peeling required. Plus, we don’t add any preservatives, colors, or added sugars through purees, concentrates, and juices.”
I bought a combination flavour pack of these guys when I was at Costco, and the flavours included in the variety pack are apple-mango, apple-blueberry, and apple-strawberry. So, for each flavour, the only ingredients are apples and whatever other fruit is used to create that particular flavour.
I actually find these bars to be rather filling, considering how tiny they are. Mind you, I usually eat three or four at a time because my appetite would challenge that of a bear, but for the average person, you’re probably going to be satiated after one or two.
Upon visiting their website for the sake of this post, I was pleasantly surprised to see that this company creates quite a few other products, so I might have to place an order and try some other items out. I say this because their dried fruit bars are incredibly tasty, and I find it to be amazing that they taste as good as they do considering how minimal the ingredients are.
If you like fruit, I absolutely recommend giving these That’s it fruit bars a try. Grab them at Costco or via their website.
