This past weekend, Blaine and I and his mom and dad attended a lovely wedding in Flamborough, Ontario. The groom is a friend and co-worker of Blaine’s, as well as Blaine’s dad, and we had been looking forward to the celebration since our invitation arrived in the mail.
The now newlyweds chose The Earth to Table Farm as their venue, and Blaine and I agreed that this is one of the nicest wedding venues we have been to. It isn’t necessarily that the venue is particularly over the top in any sort of manner; rather, it is the opposite, beautiful in its simplicity. A gorgeous barn with an accompanying silo greets you while walking across the lovely patio area equipped with an outdoor bar and two firepits. Upon entry through two stunning and seriously massive glass doors, you walk into a restored barn detailed with a stunning vaulted ceiling with exposed beams, walls lined with large windows to allow for natural light, and plenty of space.
